Seasonal Sites

To reserve or inquire about seasonal sites, please do not call the office phone line, but rather email us at: info@walnuthillsfamilycampground.com. Due to the volume of interest, our management team is handling seasonal inquiries via email and will be in touch as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions about Seasonal Sites:

  • Our season runs from April 21st, 2023 to October 9th 2023.
  • Seasonal site rents vary based on lot size, location, hookups, etc. The range for the 2023 is $3000-$4000/season.
  • Our new seasonal sites that are being added this winter will have 50 amp power and be full hookup.
  • Power is billed based on usage every month.
  • Many of our seasonal campers do winterize their units on site, and there is no additional fee for this.
  • Electric golf carts are allowed and there is no additional fee. We do require insurance on the carts to be kept on file with the office.
  • Decks and a shed are allowed.
  • All new sites will have a crushed asphalt driveway to park the RV and a vehicle on. There will be a lawn next to each site that is maintained by the resident. A lawn mower can be borrowed at the office.
  • Access to park attractions like the playgrounds, beach, swimming area, basketball court, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, wagon rides on weekends, park hosted events, fishing, canoe/kayak launch, etc. are included in the seasonal rate. Canoe rentals and Wibit access are separate, but we are considering adding a seasonal Wibit pass next year. The rate for a seasonal Wibit pass has not been determined yet.
  • Site availability is changing quickly, but the sites we are converting are listed next to photos of their areas below:

Sites 75 to 86 and 159 to 170A

These sites will be back in sites located by the back fence line. Behind the sites will be a treed area and open field.

They are traditional back in sites where your door faces the driver’s side of your neighbor’s RV. These sites are great for folks who take other trips during the year and need to get in and out of their site easily.

All sites will have a crushed asphalt pad to park the RV and your vehicle on and a private lawn area.

Sites 87 to 94 and 151 to 158

These sites will be laid out so that neighboring RV sites doors face each other with a large lawn in between the two units.

The orientation of the alternating sites is great for families wanting 2 sites, or folks who are wanting a bigger lawn area in front of their door.

The utility hookups will be hidden between the driver side of RVs so they wont be visible from the front side of your unit. These sites will all have a crushed asphalt pad to park the RV and your vehicle on.

Sites 95A to 100D
