When is your open season?
Our season runs from May 1st, 2024 to October 20th 2024.
What are your seasonal rates?
Seasonal site rents vary from $3,000/season to $5,000/season. The rates are based on lot size, location, type of hookups, etc.
Do you charge for power?
Power is billed based on usage every month.
Do you charge for winter storage of the unit?
There is no additional fee to store your unit on site through the winter months as long as you are returning for the next season.
Are golf carts allowed?
Electric golf carts are allowed.
Can you have a deck or shed?
Decks and a shed are allowed.
